The idea
When planning the construction of the house, a pool was very high on the wish list. The clients' dream was to have a swimming pool that directly adjoined the house and harmoniously matched its style. The pool also had to meet two other criteria: The builders wanted to be able to swim their laps and the children should be able to enjoy the swimming fun to the full. Accordingly, the pool needed to be an appropriate length. Pool-Konzept GmbH perfectly turned all these wishes into reality. Their expertise and professionalism make it possible for the family to enjoy the feeling of a vacation in their own home during the warm season - pure relaxation included. The pool is a dream come true that delights the owners every day anew. But they are not the only ones who are delighted - the jury of the bsw Award 2022 also awarded Pool-Konzept the bronze medal in the "Private outdoor pool landscape" category for this unique and beautiful pool oasis.
The implementation
The family's swimming facility offers a variety of highlights that make the bathing experience something very special. To ensure maximum comfort and aesthetics, the pool was planned down to the last detail by the clients and the swimming pool experts. The 7.60 x 3 meter pool with a depth of 1.50 meters is directly adjacent to the modern house. It is a concrete pool, which was lined with an "Alkorplan 2000" foil in light gray. This color scheme gives the pool area a sophisticated, modern and harmonious atmosphere. The long but narrow pool fits neatly into the niches of the outdoor area, which makes it particularly inviting and cozy. Due to the location of the property on the edge of a forest, dirt in the form of leaves is bound to get into the pool. In order to keep the daily cleaning effort to a minimum, a slatted cover from Rollo Solar was chosen. This not only reduces the amount of dirt that enters the pool, but also minimizes the energy costs for the pool, as heat loss is reduced many times over in addition to water evaporation. The slatted cover also represents a safety aspect for the children.

The technology
The high-quality technology ensures optimum water quality and incomparable swimming pleasure. When it came to choosing the pool pump, the decision was made in favor of the BWT Eurostar HF 7, which is produced by SPECK Pumpen as an OEM product. The reliable self-priming circulation pump impresses above all with its highly efficient performance and excellent energy efficiency. Not forgetting the extremely quiet operating noise. It was developed exclusively for use in private pools. The BWT Eurostar HF 7 is perfectly matched to the installed filter system. This, in combination with the pump, provides an even flow through the pool and optimum distribution of the disinfectant. To ensure fully automatic backwashing, the clients opted for the BADU OmniTronic from SPECK. This replaces the manual backwash valve and simplifies daily pool operation. In addition to the fully automatic backwash function, the BADU OmniTronic offers a number of other advantages: it enables convenient control of the filter times, regulation of the pool level, use of solar energy or the heat pump for heating control and release for dosing and the photovoltaic system. The BADU OmniTronic is therefore a comprehensive and practical system for pool operation. A notable innovation in the current version of the BADU OmniTronic is the integrated high water alarm. This helps to monitor the technical room and detect possible flooding at an early stage.
